David Mensink, PhD in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta, serves on the BCPA Advocacy Committee and practices at Tina Leist & Associates. Committed to psychologist advocacy, he champions the scientist-practitioner model. Previously at Dalhousie University for 30 years, he also led the Association of Psychologists of Nova Scotia. Relocating to Victoria in 2018, he continues his advocacy efforts and volunteers extensively.
